Oct 2019 – July 2023: PhD from Université de Lorraine (CAPSID team, CNRS, Inria, LORIA).
- My thesis was a part of Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network (MSCA-ITN) project, RNAct.
- My doctoral thesis focuses on the data integration and analysis of RNA recognition motifs (RRMs) to help modeling their 3D structure and their binding to RNA.

March 2021-July 2021: Research Stay at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Belgium in Bio2Byte group.

2017 – 2019: MSc in Bioinformatics, Centre for Bioinformatics, Pondicherry University.
Thesis topic: DNA-based data storage system. Supervisor: Dr. M. Suresh Kumar.
- I worked on computational aspects of DNA-based data storage system. We showed that the use of modified nucleotides will increase the storage density by creating a 4-layer encoding strategy, and achieved data storage capacity of 1 byte per two nucleotide base pairs without any compression.

2014 – 2017: BSc in Bioinformatics, MGM's college of CS & IT, Nanded affiliated to SWAMI RAMANAND TEERTH MARATHWADA UNIVERSITY, Nanded.

I am an adaptable professional that embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.

May 2018 – July 2018: Internship student, at Bose Institute, Kolkata under the guidance of Dr Sudipto Saha. Worked on Bayesian inference for Fluoroquinolone Resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis WGS data.

Lectures Without Borders (LeWiBo) aims to bring science and scientists into the classrooms both on- and offline to empower, inspire and motivate kids and teens and to provide a safe environment for a dialogue, discussion and exchange between scientists, teachers and school students.
